On March 26, 2016, commissioned by the National Bureau, the 2015 China Patent Agency Industry Comprehensive Strength Evaluation Activity Results Release Conference and Innovation Leading Patent Service Industry Seminar, hosted by the China Intellectual Property News, was held in Beijing. Dong Cheng, Deputy Director of the Treaty and Law Department of the China National Intellectual Property Administration, and Ma Hao, Vice President of the All China Patent Agents Association attended the meeting, which officially released the list of China's star patent agencies and star patent agents in 2015.

Three patent agents in Zhejiang Province have been awarded the title of three-star patent agent, two patent agents have been awarded the title of two star patent agent, and five patent agents have been awarded the title of one star patent agent. In this selection, Hangzhou Jundu Patent Agency awarded two stars to patent agent Wang Guiming and one star to patent agent Shen Zhiliang.
